I remember asking about Mayfair.co.uk and that is priced in the xxx,xxx range
So....
Isn't CatchTiger an auction platform i.e. that would have been the highest pre-bid, and if it was listed there then people would be able to continue bidding? Like advanced bids on DomainLore? Never used CatchTiger so I could be wrong. It only reached €101 on CatchTiger
Clearly not the best measurement of potential then...

These are indeed pre-bids but bidding ends the day before it drops.
So if it was caught by DOMAINWINKEL then it would have went to the highest bidder for €101
A bargain
I’ve already seen this cheers Aaron, but I turned down an offer (cash & domains) worth £xx,xxx the other day.
Personally I'd have have seriously considered a £xx,xxx offer. It's an excellent domain but it is just the .uk extension on it's own which regardless of what some people think of it, it has yet to really prove itself in the end user market. Just IMO of course.
Thanks for the input, it's appreciated. I own a development agency and I believe this domain could do £xx,xxx/year with a directory on it no problem, which is the main reason I'm not actively looking to sell.
Like you say, if you develop it you'll clean up. Definitely go for the red hotels if you can afford it. Otherwise £400.
