Looking to sell a portfolio of 330ish hotel and guest house domains generating traffic and affiliate income.
Would ideally suit someone with a hotel/accommodation website looking at ways of driving more traffic. Other options include doing what I'm doing as hands-off affiliate income, or landing page email collection, etc.
73,422 sessions in the past 12 months (Google Analytics report shows 150,147 sessions, but I've removed 76,725 sessions which are analytics spam - 4webmasters.org, success-seo.com, etc.)
The vast majority of traffic comes from niche directories still listing the accommodation (domains are from closed down or rebranded accommodation hotel and guest house businesses), though 25k sessions come from Google/Bing/Yahoo local business results searches.
In the past year the affiliate income generated is 2,391 EUR with a very simple template site (just under 400 stayed bookings). Zero effort in running it, but could do with a one-off review to identify dead wood domains which aren't generating traffic.
All domains have 4+ months registration left and most have a year or so.
Would prefer not to sell website and email list generated, but might be open to offers.
I've written a website spider which identifies available hostnames with links. It isn't super pretty, but it works. I'll consider including a copy of that if the offer is right.
