Hope this takes a few peoples fancy.

We have worked with many platforms to generate money by way of leads or clicks affiliate, Google Adsense, Darwin, Medical & Life insurance Leads etc and have plans for our very own with a few nice twists.

We're developing a Niche Affiliate Portal and is in it's very early stages. We'd like 2 - 3 members on Acorn who are into affiliate marketing / PPC / SEO to test drive what we have so far and give feedback.

It is very basic and have stripped all design away to focus on the mechanics and running of it.

The project is based around affiliation for local companies around the UK wanting more leads / work. It will work in the same way as any other affiliate program apart from :

We'll pay for every real lead whether it converts or not.
The market will be easy to crack and monitorise using our portal.
The number of areas to be our affiliate in is endless.
Earn more money than Parking or Adsense

Obviously any abuse would result a loss of earnings and a ban and have seen this many many times with other affiliates submitting fake details.

What we're after is the 2-3 people to create a site/s or use one they have already and use our iframe form to capture leads in a very niche areas and cities.

This should be a breeze and hope a few can help out. We can come with some arrangement of fees for your help

Just had a chat with a few people and it's probably a good option for people who have never done affiliate marketing too as we are willing to hand hold.

We've worked with a few affiliates who have headmasters to help people hit goals, set things up etc and so suppose that's an option too.

So if you've never done it and have just parked or Adsensed why not pop us a DM too.

Thanks to ones that have signed up. A few of you are asking about commission amounts.

We have a few businesses on board already and for now have started towards the low end of the market with £1, £2, £3, £5 a lead but will be looking at higher paying commissions that would be linked to higher priced items or services.

Hot Tubs and Business Mobile Contracts are 2 in the pipeline at the minute.

The main advantage over normal affiliates is that we are trying to be city focused on 90% of areas!

A bit of a heads up of "how I do" with this type of work in regards to leads by form and telephone ( Of which telephone leads will be added to our system in the new year)

I have a few clients using this system already, getting leads delivered to them daily and thought I'd share some stats on just one of them.

The out of season period - This November and up to today (14th Dec), a total of 45 days, on average has produced:

155 calls = 3.4 calls a day
26 Online Form Leads = 0.57 leads or A lead every other day

A total of 181 Leads, of which a small percentage won't convert, have contacted them twice and so on..

At a simple rate of £1 per lead (regardless whether it converts or not) that's a potential £181 a month from 1 niche micro website. Times 10 fold is nice monthly money. and has to be better than Adsense and Parking!

Thanks for all who have signed up and have asked questions etc.

Obviously everyone has domains already on here and they may not fit the Niches we have listed. We haven't listed all areas yet, but we do have 100s of domains ready to be developed and can be used by you to earn from and so no outlay.

For example we have Manchester Heating co uk undeveloped, ready to go and would have no problem in supplying leads to clients in Manchester willing to pay for them. It's all about the tracking, us showing willing and proof in the pudding.
