I havent had a chance to read through this properly yet but what a joke. How can something be judged as an abusive registration when it was regd before the trademark was in place and years before the service began :

Total joke. Going by the recent DRS decisions if I was to set up a company called sex, spend a lot of money on advertising and was ranked higher in google for the term 'sex' then I would have every right to make a claim on sex.co.uk ?????
