I hope I'm not breaking any rules by doing this but....
We're in the process of launching a web based application that is basically Google Webmaster Tools on steroids.
You give it your site URL and our crawlers crawl the site in its entirety and then reports back on issues such as 301, 302, 404 (and all other http status codes for each page), show duplicate / no page title pages, number of internal links to each page, size of html / javascript, javascript links, etc, etc. Basically it should pick up on anything that will cause crawling issues.
Internal linking structure is something that is often over looked and we aim to be very strong on this.
What we've got now is effectively an alpha version and are looking for input from both noobs and experienced SEO guys. Ideally we'd like people with both large (100k pages+) sites and small.
Once you've added your URL it's totally automated so no client side software, etc - it emails you when it's done crawling and you then login to get details.
What you get in return is a years free subscription to it with up to 50 sites and 100k pages each.
