I just typed in xboxmods.com and I get a little message saying "This domain has been blocked"

Not sure if it's BT or just a page someone has put up there.

Could be blocked by NameDrive as it's their name servers listed

Namedrive wont take any of my Xbox Domains, same with Sedo.

So im sure thats why the message has come up.

It means that Google has blocked it so Namedrive cant show any results, same for Sedo

IMO, the parking companies should be publishing list to us of all "blocked" domain keywords that their system cannot monetise.

If anyone wants to check if their domain is blocked by Google from showing ads, use:

http://www.ndparking.com/(your domain name here)

This test works regardless of if the domain is parked at ND or not ;-)

I was thinking.

What would happen if you simply redirected a banned URL to a relevant domain name you have on Namedrive....

Would that work, or would they stop you?

For example

Xboxmods.co.uk ---> Consolemods.co.uk

Well that's lucky, I was gonna buy an xbox mod dn but I don't think I will now.

Hi guys,

I suppose just to tie up a couple of loose ends here...

That domain was blocked by us because it was an Xbox domain which we do not monetize.
There are two blocked messages on our system.
- If a domain shows "This domain has been blocked", it means that ND has blocked it. This is usually as a result of parking fraud (self clicking), TM infringement or non-converting traffic.
- If a domain shows "Domain blocked by advertiser", it means that Google has informed us that they will no longer be showing advertising on the domain and we can no longer return ads on it.
In both cases, the user gets a mail from us informing them of the change. We are also working on getting a blocked folder into the member area so you can see which domains have been blocked.

As far as redirecting blocked domains. No thank you. Not at all. It is against our TOS and something Google hate.

Hope this clears everything up.
