Chiropractor has been posted again for re-sale...
Since the last thread, which generated offers of around £4,000, Chiropractor.co.uk has since been developed into a fully functional mini-site, complete with 55 pages of unique content. The site has also jumped in the serps from page 12 to page 2 in the last month and has hit position 18 yesterday in Google.co.uk whilst retaining 6th place in Yahoo.
Facts...
Domain Age: 12 years
Position: 18 from 7,050,000 search results in Google, 6th in Yahoo
Potential: Sale of private advertising on every page, earning 4 to 5 figures. Similar site sells on Chiropractic leads, this could be done also. Would also suit end user.
Uniques: 10 - 20 per day
Price...
Due to the time and money spent redeveloping the site and its rising position within the SERPS, offers of £5,500+ are being considered.
Payment would be via bank transfer and the buyer would pay the Nominet transfer fee.
