Custom parking pages, what to include?

Hello, I recently started investing in a few UK domains, for example:

• https://palaces.uk/
  
• https://arlene.uk/

For now, my plan is to have a simple static page like above. But I was wondering whether it was worth trying to monetising these landing pages. For example, displaying Google Ads or Amazon products that correlate to the URL. Is this even allowed?

If not, long term I would try to build mini sites with unique content that the user would find useful. And if possible, build the sites using the same software/platform to save time.

Any thoughts or insights would be much appreciated.

Be careful with ads, if the domain happens to have trademarks associated with the name, and an ad pops up offering a similar service, it would be a clear-cut DRS case and you'd lose the domain.
