GoDaddy 60-day lock on .co.uk domains???

Does anyone here know whether the GoDaddy 60-day lock on transfer (for new reg\transfer) has any meaning for .co.uk domains as the transfer process for .co.uk is usually done via nominet directly?

There's no lock on any .co.uk domains they can be transferred via Nominet control panel as soon as they are registered

I think its GoDaddys basic system, applying the lock all over.

GoDaddy doesn't like .uk names, never has, probably never will, they have minimal support for them too.

When you register any domain through godaddy they place a 60 days lock on it weather its .co.uk or .com etc. But you can move the domain to other Godaddy accounts easily but you can not move the domain from godaddy to any other registrar.
