Within certain industries, including gaming, yes, there would be a conflict if you stepped on their toes, but aside from that, not really, it is a generic word and may be looking to sell hot water!!!!!!!

@Albert Schimmel How have you determined that the .uk rights are included, because Sedo still doesn't confirm this as far as I can see, and is a #1 reason why I, and I suspect others don't buy from Sedo, because of the lack of clarification.
