How do I found out who owns simonk.co.uk

I can see that the domain simonk.co.uk is not in use and Im trying to find the owner to buy it, any idea how to do so?

You will see the domain is registered until 2020. Not sure if the registrar (easily.co.uk) would forward a message to the owner.
