Hi guys,

Any domain in the deleted folder cannot be removed as they had stats from previous months and people want to see how domains performed in the past.
We are looking at the possibility of hiding the deleted domains folder.

not entirely true Ed those with no stats cannot be removed either.

Also; it is impossible (even though you go through the correct proceedures) to move a domain in the this folder to another. it ends up that you have to add it as a new domain. I know this since I inadvertantly deleted a few domains recently :mrgreen:

But they DO have stats.... it's just that the stats are 0's

Hi Fish,

The reason why you can't move a domain from the deleted folder elsewhere is because each domain is assigned an individual ID. Once it is deleted, that ID is classed as 'Dead'. To get the domain reinstated, you have to relist it and it will be assigned a new ID and classed as an entirely separate entity. Hope this explains why that is as it is.
