Remember the 'beanz' currency?
Yeah!No mate, never heard of that currency. Ahhh, so it's to do with branding, I was thinking you would need to sell a hell of a lot of sweets to get the cost of the domain back![]()
google "jelly beans" and you will see why![]()
I'm sure they must be in the beer business also. So complementaryYeah Jelly Belly make Jelly Beans
jesus thats a whole lot of lly's![]()
Case of "shoulda coulda woulda wanna" perhaps. The one crucial fact is will they care much for jellybeans.co.uk given that they don't own jellybeans.com either? They own jellybelly.com (their US site) and also own jellybelly.co.uk (it looks like they acquired it in August last year; probably from a "domainer") but it is still resolving to PPC! They seem to be using jellybelly-uk.com for their UK site still. This reminds me of QVC, who use qvcuk.com despite subsequently acquiring qvc.co.uk and refuse to rebrand with the latter. I once emailed them to ask why but they didn't reply!
Given that Jelly Belly don't own jellybeans.com, and don't even resolve jellybelly.co.uk properly, I'd be surprised if they cared too much for jellybeans.co.uk.
All in my humble opinion of course!![]()
