Krystal Hosting anyone?

Has anyone had any experience with Krystal Hosting?

It comes from a recommendation and all the links I can find give it a positive rating...

I'm looking at their white label reseller options and was wondering if anyone has a site up that uses their white label resources.. I'd be interested to see someone with good results.. so please post any URL's... or comment if you have any experience with them.

I have a few sites hosted there. No complaints. Pretty much zero downtime looking at my records, and no major issues. Not the fastest in the world, but more than acceptable.

Can't comment on the white label re-seller option but I have had a bunch of small sites on a basic plan. Compared to all the others I have tried for this kind of hosting over the years they are reasonably responsive to any problems, which have been infrequent.

This doesn't mean they won't turn to cr*p tomorrow though, which is a fairly general pattern you see with hosting recommendations on forums.

Search the forums, they cropped up quite regular with issues.

Thanks for the responses...

I've trawled this and other forums and the majority of comments are positive - although the usual hosting issues of short downtime or mailserver blacklisting are noted. It seems that over time the UK based co has developed it's product with good customer service.

Still can't find a white label if anyone can help?

Have you thought of clook? We use their reseller package with our own nameservers. No issues at all and very quick support.
