kw prices dropped from 1.10 ish to 10 cents

Hey im new to parking domains however have a query have a few parked they were dong ok approx 1,10 a click now dropped to 10 cents any ideas why and how to get kws which pay more than this I have used google ad tool overture etc, they just show highest bid amount and lowest need a way to get a kw which will have a bottom bid which is a reasonable amount instead of 10 cent, is there such a tool or method.
