There is a legal company that i came across previously who do quite a lot of stuff around digital assets - things like DRS etc.

I am about to issue a loan to a UK Sass company who are buying another Sass company.

The loan is for £400k - does anybody know a legal company who could carry out the due diligence etc?

I have been using top london legal firms with worldwide coverage but they feel cumbersome and outdated - need a digital specialist firm

For DRS, it's probably Adlex, who are excellent - if they can't handle what you need they are probably in a good position to point you in the right direction.

If you’re asking these types of questions in this type of forum, Robert, I’d hold onto your money. I say that respectfully. Money is generally hard to come by.

@Robert Smith - ive also heard Adlex is good, never used them but others swear by them... Also just a tip/question (in a friendly manner), why does everyone need to know the loan is for 400k? Every time i read one of your posts it usually states you are loaning someone X amount of thousands or hundreds of thousands but the posts are never published in a business sense but more towards a boasting sense or at least that's the picture i see when i read the posts, like i say this is a friendly post ... i just dont see the benefit in telling everyone on here that you loaning out hundreds of thousands every other day as it can attract the wrong crowds.

What's the matter, Benjamin? Did it hurt your little ego?

@Hay

The reason why the posts contain numbers is to add context. If i put lend £x against £y and need a buyer at £z then it means i don't get lots of DM's asking the same info.

In terms of this post i feel it also added valuable context.

I am not intending to boast so i apologise if you feel that way about the posts. The new business model is very exciting and there is so much experience in this forum which again is why i am using numbers in my post.

I hope this explains things so that the post doesn't go of course and i appreciate your insight into my post.

Adam from Adlex, Is your man. Can't think of anyone else whom has the knowledge of the industry. Most other's I've spoke to over the years squirm when you mention online dealings as most havent got a clue.

were any of them .uk ? ;)

Sadly not - it is hard to sell .uk/.co.uk as there is huge confusion with retail buyers with .co.uk/.uk and too many people selling for too low prices.

In addition as a community- its not great - as people are quite aggressive and not helping each other out. I hold my hands up to being a knob in the past but life moves on and people change.
