Same policy, same experts, same fees. The change is the filing desk.

What matters in practice:

  • new complaints from 7 July go through WIPO’s form, not Nominet’s old one;
  • cases opened before that date stay with Nominet until they finish;
  • the old decision archive stays on Nominet — that is still the place to check whether a name already had a DRS.

It is not UDRP. Rights + abusive registration under the DRS policy, with Nominet mediation still in the path. Buyers who treat a .uk like a .com UDRP file will file in the wrong box.
