Hi I'm just filling in my application for a Nominet Registrar Tag Application and just looking for a bit of advice on filling it in.

I'm applying for the Self Managed Tag, notably these sections:

1. MAKING CUSTOMERS AWARE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
a) how you make your customers aware of Nominet's Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration and ensure that they accept them.
b) how you make your customers aware of your own Terms and Conditions.
c) your Key Terms;

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL COMMITMENTS

Either by URL or description, show how you make registrants aware of your customer service levels and how quickly customers should expect to receive acknowledgement of their communication.

3. COMPLAINTS AND APPEAL PROCEDURES

Please provide the URL where you publish details of how a customer can make a complaint about the service they have received from you if they are unsatisfied, and any information that directs us to this information, for example the specific clause number or section title.

Anyone got any advice as to what to put in these sections? :)
 
N/A on all three
They don't apply to a self-managed tag
