do you think there would be any problem using 2012.co.uk for an olympics/london portal?

I see that www.2008.com is being used as a Beijing 2008 portal, with a disclaimer stating that it is not the official Olympic site.

Similar to what i'm trying to find out for a great britain 2012 name.

I'm guessing no one on here is going to say a definate 'its okay'. I'm keeping mine on my to do list, i'll probably take a chance.
