To the average webmaster could add a few hundred?, but to anyone who knows just a little about SEO not a thing. Toolbar PR is not the same as actual PR, it's just something Google now displays to mess with your head.
The true worth is in the quality of the links, I looked at the links for this site and could not find a single site with a link to overclockedpc.co.uk. Most of the links are from DMOZ clones, which do very little for you except maybe increase your toolbar PR, also many are from the /Recreation/Models/ category
