I don't see any value in this. It's hyphenated and pointless. Aren't all websites online?

Who would it appeal to and why? The term is completely meaningless, the domain likely has no traffic, and it has never been used for anything beyond a simple site - doing nothing at all for most of its life. I see it has a registration date of today. Did you pay a premium at auction or register it fresh? Either way the domain is worthless in my opinion. A good way to tell if a domain is worth something is firstly to think about what you would do with it if nobody buys it. If you can't think of a use then it's unlikely someone would want to pay a premium for it.

sorry to say that but agree with @ukbackorder - no hate. It's low value to nothing domain

- dotdb returns 6 extensions they are all either spam or nothing
Honestly, the only use case I might see is for an utility website that checks the status of another website/service. ie. site24x7 does this but many other tools too.
However, even for that, there are plenty of other better alternative domains
