Hi I am in the process of applying to be a registrar There is a form on there that needs filling in 1. Making customers aware of Terms and Conditions. 2. Customer Service Level commitments 3. Complaints and appeal procedures 4. Resellers 5. Connections with other Registrars 6. Customer website 7. Abuse contact I really want to get this right first time so would appreciate anyone who could help me to do and explain in simple English what they are after I'm sure it's very apparent to you experienced guys but don't want to do it wrong or say the wrong thing, so happy to pay for someones time to help me fill it in Thanks macker PS I have application form as a word doc but unfortunately it wont let me upload here
Do you plan to only use this for your own domains and drop catching or actually register and manage names on behalf of other people ?
