Rent or sell domains what do you prefer?

So in the past 2 weeks i rented out 5 domains of my own portfolio on Nameshift, its brings in monthly cashflow, rent is not used much in the industry but i think having the option ready brings in additional revenue, not all leads have enough cash to buy a domain for 1-5k.

These are all ccTLDs but this works with good .com's as well, lately we have alot of domainers joining us for lease-before-own and rental options so we see its quite populair (and perhaps necessary to have these options available for leads in this economy)

Not every buyer has the budget upfront, so offering rental options is likely to turn "maybe later" into "let's start today."🤓 That's a smart move.
