Response time

Has anyone been in touch or heard from Ed recently? Im waiting on a reply to an email i sent a few days ago, i also noticed a small cry for help on one of the new postings but no sign of Ed getting back as yet. Is this the norm? Im having problems getting replies from any of the namedrive support team, im starting to wonder if my emails are getting there at all, i`ve checked my send mail and all addresses are correct, can anyone tell me the usual response times?

Hi Zootex,

I've found that when I post here Ed or Ash usually pick things up straight away and act on them accordingly, I must admit I have sent the odd one or two emails to the email account at namedrive and had no response ( I think their spam filter gobbled them up). But on the whole for support I give them a thumbs up.
