Sample Nominet transfer letter

Anyone got any sample Nominet transfer letters from the buy and sell sides of the domain name process just to make sure that I have given all the correct info.

I keep mine very basic and never had anything chucked back, even though I am sure you are meant to put more info in:

"Hi,

I agree to the transfer of xyz.co.uk from A to B.

"

Just make sure its on headed paper and signed accordingly.

Mine say the same and work OK.

Remember to say it it though if you do not have the certificate. Otherwise send a copy of the certificate also.
