I caught a domain sometime in the past 7 days and looking at the stats the domain has received over 500 unique visits in 2 days and continues to climb, archive.org shows the site was in production less than 12 months ago and the original site could easily be cloned.
I don't wish to publish to domain in the forum but those that are interested please contact me via PM.
The SEO Stats are not record breaking but it certainly generates a lot of traffic which could easily be monetized or used for advertising.
According to MozPro here are the stats:
PA: 40+
DA: 20+
Inbound Links: 4k+
Linking Domains: 1k+
