Namepros makes your eyes bleed. Full of new users with freshly regged .unheardof extensions quoting $50,000 estibot estimations looking for thousands. I've bought a couple of names from there but it's hard work getting through all the trash. Different market. In my opinion it is not suited for buying/selling uk domains - acorndomains is the uk forum.

I'm not saying the people aren't decent - just most of the domains aren't. I used to be admin at another leading non-uk forum, and there was never much interest either in the UK market from outside UK, but I've been a member at np for years as well. I still hunt round for .coms there occasionally (hard with all these awful extensions) and I've never really seen much of a crossover for the UK market. You're never going to persuade the guy who wants to sell you zafu.xyz for $1k for example that he should pay £ for a decent UK domain.
