As the title suggests I am in the market for sites that have been penalised by Google.
.co.uk or .com -only .org.uk if it suits the niche (e.g. legal aid.org.uk not pinklaptops.org.uk)
Sites must have something going for it. This may include good content, great design, referral traffic.
Site should have been earning when it was ranking.
As I guess you can appreciate there is no specific budget - it just depends on what the site/domain has got going for it.
