Another government blunder.The government has trade mark on "help to buy": Class36 - Financial services related to house purchase. So I would have thought DRS would be the easiest route, but perhaps not their chosen one.
They have a trademark on 'Help To Buy Backed by HM Government' - Not 'help to buy' - It's a bit different.
no contact page or FCA permissions but must generate the business for some company or other.
I think in this instance, the owner has downloaded a theme from one of those 'Warez' style sites. They often come pre-loaded with someones adsense code.
