We launched The British Tipple Club after becoming aware of some fantastic Artisan Drinks Producers when we launched a Champagne Cruise Boat business in the South of England in 2019.

Recognising there are literally thousands of excellent drinks producers in the UK but very few online outlets dedicated to promoting British Drinks Producers, we launched the website in March 2020, as we ran a business previously promoting local independent businesses for almost 10 years and realise the value of great online presence, with the ability to reach consumers directly and recognising that's exactly what the independent drinks industry needed.

We launched the website just before the outbreak of Covid-19 and had a great deal of interest, both from producers and consumers but the uncertainty cause by Covid put the breaks on, causing most producers to become unwilling to embark on any new venture at that time.

As confidence is returning and there are still many artisan producers wanting to market their products through specialist websites, there is a great opportunity for the right person to pick up the website, which is fully developed and ready to go and take advantage of the emerging market, especially with the emphasis on Buy British, due to Brexit.

We took an alternative opportunity at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, which means we are no longer in a position to maximise the potential of this business, so are looking for the right person, with a knowledge of marketing and a love for British Drinks to purchase the business and enjoy the rewards of this very lucrative opportunity.
