Seems like someone is trying to scam me into paying for a dodgy appraisal which I suspect he also owns.
Already replied saying no to the appraisal and if he wants the domain to just go ahead and buy it.

Domain Tools: Whois Lookup and Domain Suggestions (formally whois.sc) have this feature if its a .com/.org/.net
I have seen a few domains I've done a whois on there and found to be available that it has been registered in the past and they have cached whois information going back years...
I thought you could register a two letter .uk if your company or business trades or is known as two letters (but it has to be VERY well known), ie BT.
I remember asking Nominet a good number of years ago and that was the response they gave me.
