I absolutely hate the name Shpock ! it annoys me, I remember a competitor to the likes of Moonpig and Funky pigeon, it was called the dogsdoodahs.com, I don't know if it is still going but what a stupid domain for that business !

When you think of grooming then it does tend to be dogs but you can get your cat or rabbit groomed and I think some people groom Guinea pigs but there is too much emphasis on dogs for it to work with any other animal. Maybe make it into a directory of groomers and does something like that...

The moment you write something you have copyright to that work and it lasts for something like 50 years before going into the public domain and even then you can further protect it. I am not a solicitor or any sort of legal entity but this just my understanding through previous experience.

I will 2nd that recommendation of Domain monster, I have used them for years, easy to reg ( no waiting for it to appear in your account) easy to use control panel, DNS updates such as A records are fast and yes the customer service is usually very good.
