Adwords is tricky to use, and can be quite frustrating. It's not as easy as it used to be to get affordable impressions. They hide their minimum bids for advertising in what they call 'quality score'. Even if there are no other competitors, Adwords will still want a hidden minimum bid to be shown.
When exactly is the tracking pixel being pulled down? You may be able to do a form submit using javascript, except possibly try to pause the form processing.
Not so much a generalized report but using:

can tell you a lot about various industries. For instance, enter a term like web hosting or domain reselling to see interesting results.
+1 on Magento, and if you're not technically skilled enough to set it up, I saw they have their GO service. Apparently it's hosted on their servers, does a have a fee but everything is managed - just needs to be configured with your products.
Unless you're developing the domain into a site that has useful PR value, or good (related) traffic, you have to ask yourself why the company (to approach) wouldn't buy it directly themselves?
Certainly an interesting (scammy) way to drum up business for an appraisal company. May be worth setting your domain details to private so the only way they would try to communicate is via Sedo.
+1 on cc976a's comment. You don't want payment type that could be disputed -- once the domain is transferred the registrar's won't get involved in disputes over payment & ownership.
Nice site; though some Google ads showing at the top are somewhat unrelated to the site idea (it was showing RackSpace ad at the time).
Also in the FIND AND BOOK box right-side in FF is showing the numbers running into the drop-down arrow -- needs some spacing between them?
When I click APPLY NOW it doesn't do anything; still under some development?
On very bottom "Investing.co.uk is a trading name of ARG Media Ltd. " should be indented or centered, and take the title SITE MAP off -- is already implied by list of links.
Nice looking site though!
Yes, which can be quite frustrating since there are many keywords that get decent traffic, but ads won't show for them. And sometimes, even if ads do so, Quality Score often 'tanks' on them which affects the whole campaign.
What analytics software are you using to view how visitors are getting through your site?
You want some type of web site tracking so you can understand:
a) how your visitors are getting to your site
b) what they're doing once on site
Check the keywords used to find your site -- are they...
On a screen 1360 wide, it shows all the content left-justified. You may want to either center it, or left the content re-size based on the screen size of visiting web browser.
An interesting site though -- haven't seen them all listed on one site - bookmarked!
