    We don't explain them because they are a standard function of SSL. Yes you do need to use SSL to connect to our EPP server and yes you need the root cert in order to use SSL.

    As Steve says, the tags are linked and so having one blocked means all your tags are blocked (otherwise people would use multiples tags to get more limits).
