    Please help...

    The automaton service used by Nominet is pretty instant once they recieve a request to make a change, so if it isnt on the whois within 3 minutes then its either because Nominet are busy and should be on within an hour, or the company you got the domain through havent sent off the PGP Signed...

    Reclaiming a .com

    .com transfers work off the admin contact, never the registrant contact. Also you will need the EPP transfer code, which gets sent to the admin contact (usually). Contact Namecheap.com and tell them that companyx is unreachable and you wish to change the admin contact and aquire the auth...

    Note about 1 and 1, its a bugger to transfer away from them, but you can do it all through this address (which they dont seem to advertise anywhere) contract.oneandone.co.uk A whole bunch of options in there to change the IPS Tag etc.
