I thought I just said that the site wouldn't remove them despite me deleting them three times. When I tried to resubmit then it gave an error message stating that I could only have 5 sites. The list was back again.
Yes. But I am developer with 20 years experience. Worked on big sites in Sweden and have my own under development so I know what's under the bonnet there.
I didn't. I wanted to change the items I had added for auction ( not activated yet) but where they stated that the whois info wasn't showing that I had both the co.uk and .uk names.
In any case it's a really dated site.
Yes it matters. It is bug ridden, and hard to make changes when auction items have been submitted.

By logical deduction. No matter. If I was a customer now I would be taking a long hard look at that.
And saying it was in place before just reinforces it. I am a developer so I know what's going on there.
If you are right then they may plan to sell less.com for over 1M USD and try to sweeten the deal by acquiring and selling peripheral domain names.
That's what I would do with a name like that.
On the other hand they may be planning something else for the LESS name.
They screwed up by having the page up without all the assets for their launch. I guess they have a sloppy IT dept or it is outsourced.
No development server etc...
