Premium Membership Posting Service TOS
Terms of Service for Premium Memberships - Posting Service for “Platinum” and “Gold” members
1. Introduction
By subscribing to the Platinum or Gold Membership ("Membership") and utilizing the Posting Service offered by DNForum.com and AcornDomains.co.uk ("Forums"), you ("Member") agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("TOS").
2. Posting Service Description
2.1. Gold Membership:
2.1.1. As a Gold Member, DNForum.com and AcornDomains.co.uk will post your press releases, news updates, or other content on your behalf.
2.1.2. This service includes up to one post per day on both forums.
2.3. Platinum Membership:
2.2.1. As a Platinum Member, DNForum.com and AcornDomains.co.uk will post up to five messages (both, new threads and comments) per day on up to three accounts on each of the forums.
2.2.2. This service also includes a dedicated person for posting your content, occasionally coming up with content ideas, as well as monthly performance reports.
2.2.3. Platinum Members may also add their proof-reader to approve replies to existing threads or new threads before they are posted on the forums.
2.2.4. We will post short replies on existing threads if these do not require involving a proof-reader.
2.2.5. We might create and add graphics/infographics/screenshots with a Member's logo on it to improve even more the quality of a Member's thread/comment.
3. Content Submission
3.1. All content to be posted must be submitted to DNForum.com and AcornDomains.co.uk via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Telegram. Members must choose one of these channels for content submission.
3.2. The Member is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted content.
4. Account Creation
4.1. DNForum.com and AcornDomains.co.uk will create the necessary accounts for Gold and Platinum Members as part of the Posting Service.
4.2. Member will be required to confirm the email address of these accounts.
5. Proof-Reader
5.1. Platinum Members may appoint their own proof-reader to review and approve replies to existing threads or new threads before they are posted on the forums.
5.2. Texts for proof-reading will be submitted via a WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Telegram chat, pre-created with the proof-reader for this purpose only. Members must choose one of these channels for content submission.
6. Performance Reports
6.1. Platinum Members will receive monthly performance reports detailing the posting activities carried out on their behalf.
6.2. We will adjust content strategies according to the performance reports, and is to be done in cooperation with the Member.
6.3. Performance reports are created on the 10th date of every month. A Member allows us to have a 2 day deviation in case of sickness or unplanned circumstances.
7. Member Responsibilities
7.1. Members are responsible for providing accurate and suitable content for posting.
7.2. The content should be related to the domain name investing and industry.
7.3. Members are responsible to supply alternative sources of information (Linkedin profile, Twitter (X) account and similar).
8. Posting Schedule.
8.1. Posting schedules for Gold and Platinum Members will be determined by DNForum.com and AcornDomains.co.uk, with consideration for Member preferences where possible.
8.2. Posting will be done on working days (Monday-Fridays). Excluding public UK holidays (doesn't apply to 'bank holidays').
9. Account Security. Members are responsible for the security of their forum accounts created by DNForum.com and AcornDomains.co.uk.
10. Payment and Refunds
10.1. Members agree to pay the applicable fees for their chosen Membership tier.
10.2. Refunds will be provided only if a Member has provided the required information via the pre-agreed channel, and it hasn't been published in a reasonable time.
10.3. Refund will be provided covering the time we haven't posted the content provided to us by the Member.
11. Termination. DNForum.com and AcornDomains.co.uk reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Posting Service and Membership for any Member found in violation of these TOS or the forum's community guidelines.
12. Modification of Services and TOS. DNForum.com and AcornDomains.co.uk reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Posting Service and amend these TOS at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to Members.
13. Liability. DNForum.com and AcornDomains.co.uk shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the Posting Service, including any content posted on behalf of Members.
14. Governing Law. These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales.
