lol, exactly why I don't speak to doctors and don't bother them unless im going to die. Rang up ( just for advice ) didnt really want to hear what I had to say, didnt care bloods had been done via thriva and wasnt interested in the results, said 30mnol isnt bad. Kept trying to get off the line eventually telling me he'll get his secretary to book me an appointment in the next 2 weeks LOL. He then said if am VIt D deficient they will give me a 6 week course and then I can continue over the counter sprays after that.
On the up side, taking the spray ( 3 sprays a day ) since Wednesday I already feel better than I have done in years. Now my dilemma would be do i stop taking it until I've got an appointment so they could see the normal low results and not the inflated ones due to the spray, as the last time I had bloods done about 6 years ago a doc said my VIT D was very low back then, but dismissed it as i should be fine, even though I told him I had just got back from 2 weeks in Tunisia so really shouldnt be very low after 2 weeks in the sun lol, So i feel like for them to notice a problem It needs to be practically killing me.
