Has anyone had an explanation from someone at 123 about the current problems? What gets me is when you do get an email, there's no apology or mention why it's taken a week to reply
Someone at Pipex put it down to the eu landslide.
Wouldn't be great if 123 just said "sorry, we have a problem due to whaterver which will be resolved within 7 days". I could live with it if it was just a short term issue.
