What's new? Use Uk reg, it is instant everytime....do a search on this forum for 123-reg and you will find many others have had the same problem..including me

I think that quite common, probs bank the money wait for a bit of interest and then renew it. An extra 0.001p on a few million names soon adds up.

Yep 123-reg are useless. I had a domain they never registered until after a couple of emails - then another email to get them to add it to my cpanel.
Still waiting on them to register another that they took the money from my card 13 days ago, and despite me sending 4 emails (with 3 responses!) they still haven't done a bloody thing!
