Is there a maximum number of domains you can redirect to a single site without risking a problem with Google?

For instance, if I have 50 hotel related domains and want to do 301 redirects of all to a central booking site, is that OK?

Thanks
Stephen.

Matt Cutts just said a few days back that about 5 domains would be fine...

Instead of redirecting all 50 (which adds little value to the 301'ed domains) , try building some minisites for some of them...much better :) ...and obviously advertise your main site on them...
