Is there anyone here who uses Krystal who can confirm the following:

1- The Topaz package- are the 'unlimited' domains added as 'add-ons'?
2- If so, do all the sub-directories of the add-ons show correctly from each add-on domain?

I just received your e-mail, but I thought I'd reply here for ease!

1) Yes the unlimited domains are provided through add-on domains!
2) I'm not entirely sure what you mean exactly - but you can chose what folder each domain reads from - so you can have them as folders in your public_html, or even under the public_html folder if you'd prefer.

Hi mate,

Probably best asked like this:

You have a primary domain- primarydomain.co.uk
You add another domain as an add-on, say secondarydomain.co.uk.

When you upload to the secondary web site, will the folders still read thus:

www.secondarydomain.co.uk/about.htm
www.secondarydomain.co.uk/contact.htm
www.secondarydomain.co.uk/terms.htm
...etc?

Yep, that's exactly how it works!

Anyone visiting your second (third,fourth... ninetieth) site will not know that it's an addon domain, it will always show the domain it relates to.

You have to be careful with some scripts, as some of them have intricate .htaccess files / configuration files and even configuration in the database that specify domain name parameters - so you want to make sure that these have the correct URLS!

Also remember that .htaccess files are inherited into sub directories by default so your primary site is best being very simple - and if possible no .htaccess!

I won't really be using scrips tbh, this is simply for straight forward html coded mini-sites in most cases. The only .htaccess i'll be dealing with is 301s from the old 'free web space' locations to the new ones created.

I'll sign up later, hopefully the 50% disc will still be there too!

Tried to sign up but first step was to register username and details before I can actually order ...
