Sorry, I realise having re-read that I left the quote off my original post. It was simply meant in response to this point from Stephen earlier in this thread, but without the quote I can see how it looks "lost":

One option may be to prepare such a document and weave in comments from Edwin' articles (if he would be okay with it) and present to the media and public / businesses / UK registrants.
