The buyer still hasnt paid, sedo seem to be indicating I should just wait rather than them suing the buyer, does anyone fancy the domain? I'm pretty sure I can cancel and sell it to someone else now. What's the point in taking card details as security if they dont bill it.

PS: I knew this would happen after the arguement about it not going to sedo auction.

That's too bad Lee.
After 7 days you're allowed to cancel the sale if i understand correctly.
The "buyer" will also probably be blacklisted and not be wanted anymore on the Sedo marketplace.

OK taking offers on this, got one interested but aint got back to me yet, I want rid of this domain tonight if possible, £160 was my last reply to email. So next offer please or roundabout, let's see if it can't be shifted. I've had enough of this one now.

this is getting stupid now, I had more interest but now they're not responding, someone called Oliver interested in Fida.co.uk but now they aint responding either. Does anyone want aboutbaby.co.uk for an about this price, if not I'll shut up and give it to a charity... maybe. :mrgreen:

I need money now to pay the rent, but if it's still available when you can pay it's yours but I can't hold it. Similar will be said in PM. Nice amount though but need money in the back sky now.

If you decide to take it to auction sedo should send an email to the other party asking if they wish to start an auction or make a higher offer.

Its a hard one to call, I can see the points of both members. Its all down to Sedos system really.

At the end of the day though. When you sign upto Sedo you have the chance to view all the rules and conditions so Lee is certainly the one "in the right" When it comes down to the rules and how it works.
