Google Adsense Adsense problems

Hi Guys,

I used to have an adsense account many years ago and been trying to restart it back up, i cant open a new account or use my old one, can anyone suggest any advice?

Do they state why you can't restart it?

It may be because they already have some of your details on file; bank account, email address etc.

On their site the only help they offer is a form, no direct email address, and it looks like you have to log in to get to it - handy if your account's blocked.
