Adsense with embedded keywords

I saw a site using the

google_kw

and

google_kw_type

variables in the js code.

I wonder how much do you need to earn, or what do you need to do in order to be considered to use these options, anyone know?

google_hints = is another one, whereby you can suggest keywords if the adsense ads don't seem to be that relevant, it's by invite only though, I dont know if there is a set limit, I got an email first to offer a review to improve CTR and then later I was allowed to use google_hints if needed.

word of warning .....

Those variables are for the premium users ..( 2 million page views i think)
everyday adsense users like us cannot use them
and by doing so you are breaching the adsense terms and conditions and will lose your account immediately if caught

They dont warn you on this issue
