If anyone flys BA please note they just changed their terms so that gates close 45 minutes before departure instead of 30 mins.
I dont know any online industry likes theirs where if you want to change something or made a mistake in your booking you either can't at all or they want to charge you for it.
Surely they should allow for human error on booking things?
