Sure it's a decent story but Rick's blowing things up again "things will change in 2011". In the land of lawyers I'm sure there will be a suitable lawsuit on its way.

I agree if you're one of the parties concerned its a big deal but to make out that something massive has been going on claiming "Business as usual will not survive 2011" and not tell people what it is... it implies something big is about to happen that could affect us all. This is a just small dispute beteen a few people. For everyone else (except those who have dodgy domains parked with Moniker) who cares?
