I know someone who used gbbo http://www.gbbo.co.uk/success-stories/55186 and it was very easy for him to use and worked very well, so much so that Google invited him to talk about his success at a google event in Birmingham last year.

It is aimed at people without any (or little experience) and therefore is great to get you started but by its nature of being simple to use it is limited. Great to get a starter site up and running in next to no time
