b) Is it really yours?
c) Why sell if it achieves the PR target - sell backlinks.

Im not really interested in selling it, im just very curious to what it would be worth if i did... everythings got its price though.

The value is not inherent in the domain, but in the business and revenue.

Saying it's worth 6 figures without knowing the numbers is a pure guess.

Give us some idea of what you are making off this site and I will give you a value. I see hundreds of web businesses come up for sale each month, and many of them never sell because of the unrealistic vendor expectations.

For a domain / site that you potentially have to give away if it ever achieves a PR10? Google could change their method of calculation the day after purchase to be on a scale of 1 - 20!

The site is currently on average making around £100 per day (with no advertising costs at all), but im expecting this to increase quite a lot now people are realizing they are getting fantastic results with the new pagerent pages.

The nature of the site creates more and more visitors due to the ever increasing links, so I believe the site has much more potential and there are loads more advertising spaces available when I get round to it, not to mention more ideas I have for the site in the pipeline.

The PR10 goal ends in april 2008, and if this goal doesn't happen I have another idea for the site inwhich everyone keeps their links for a long time to come, so potentially the links and sales will keep coming way past that date.

Sure and it was a good guess.

I would value it at about £100k on historicals, but hang on to it if you are expecting the revenues to rise, as multiples increase as revenues increase.

Ok - you need a tag line underneath then, otherwise it simply looks like a half finished site.
